Auto accident kills motorcyclist and injures two in California

Auto accidents can happen when least expected; all it takes is for one driver to lose control for a multi-car collision to occur. This was the case when a recent multi-car collision left one dead and two seriously wounded. The auto accident happened a few nights ago involving three cars and a motorcycle on Interstate 405.

Officials stated that the accident began when the driver of one of the vehicles driving northbound lost control and struck another car. It did not stop there. Debris from the crash flew onto the southbound freeway, hitting yet another car. Another driver on the southbound freeway tried to avoid the debris, but instead ended up hitting a motorcycle.

Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead on the spot and rushed two of the survivors of the auto accident to hospital. Emergency officials shut down traffic in both directions to investigate the accident and remove debris. The officials reportedly re-opened the road around midnight.

Auto accidents can devastate the parties involved and even their families. You may not be able to control when they happen or where or who they happen to, but what you can control is your decision to seek legal representation when they do happen.

This course of action may be of help to you, especially in instances where you suspect negligence in how the auto accident occurred. Attorney representation can also help you seek insurance compensation. This can go a long way to help settle hospital bills and other expenses such as vehicle repair or incurred fines.
